Welcome, I’m Veronica and I’m glad your here!
I’m a wife and a stay-at-home mom to three growing men. Jacob is 20, attending a University and majoring in Chemistry. Joshua is 16, and Jordan our youngest is 13. Our cat Patches who has taken up residence in the cabinet of our master bathroom is our introverted cat of 12 years.
We live on a quiet street where most of the homes look the same. We’ve called this place home for the last 18 years, and although we’ve out grown it a bit, I still love it. I remember the first time I walked in I knew this would be the place where we’d set our roots and raise our family. The vaulted ceilings made the space appear bright and open. But the best part, it was turn key!
A year after our oldest was born I felt the Lord calling me to quit my teaching job and stay home full time. Being a stay-at-home mom has been a blessing, it allowed me to ready my boys for school. And in this new season, it has allowed me to step into a new calling.
Most people would call me an introvert and I would hands down have to agree. I love people, but alone is where I can recharge and become the best version of myself. It was just recent that I felt comfortable enough to say that out loud.
I love spending time with my family, but if I get a chance to be alone you will find me at my desk painting, studying God’s Word or writing. I love coffee, candles, and books.
